Jordan Huller

Jordan Huller began his career as a special education teacher right out of college. After a couple of years teaching, Jordan transitioned out of the classroom and into HR & talent work within the education sector, helping to build, deploy, and refine systems for rapidly growing public school systems in Brooklyn, New York. In his recent role in education, Jordan served as the Head of People at Prospect Schools where he led the organization's people strategy during a time of significant growth, overseeing talent acquisition, total rewards, people partnership & performance management, and DEI. 

 

Jordan is currently based out of the San Francisco Bay Area where he leads a team of People Partners at Discord. Jordan is also a certified executive coach who works with leaders across sectors to deepen their connection to their values and strengths, and to pursue big goals in their personal & professional lives. Jordan holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis, as well as a master's degree from The Broad Center.
