Monica Jew-Gonzalez

Monica Jew-Gonzalez – Mother of 2 and lifelong learner – is passionate about three things: people, education, and data. Over the last 15 years, Monica has dedicated her career to driving towards educational equity by arming decision-makers with the most accurate, timely, and insightful data possible. Her extensive background in reporting tools, building efficient and effective data processes, and streamlining complex data into usable, actionable tools help paint a picture of staff experience from recruitment to exit.

Monica holds bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science and for the past year, has served as the Workday Reporting Business Analyst at Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR). Her tenure includes 13 years with Teach for America holding several positions of which the most recent was the Director of People Team Reporting.

When she isn’t working with data, you can find her volunteering at her children’s schools, mentoring first generation college students, serving as an Executive Advisor on the KIPP National Association Committee and working on home renovation projects. Monica just completed a major house renovation which included a new kitchen, several bathrooms, and much-needed office and pool.
