Erin Herlihy, Program Manager, supports ABC leaders with developing partner-facing content and supporting resources to ensure best in class service to partners.
Erin brings 13 years of experience as an advocate for children and families as an educator and leader. She is passionate about educational equity and maximizing outcomes for students with exceptionalities.
Prior to joining ABC Erin served as a school and district leader supporting Special Education in Boston Public Schools (K-8). For the last 7 years, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Erin has focused on utilizing the science of Applied Behavior Analysis to support student programming and staff development. Previously, Erin has worked in public and public charter schools in Washington, DC as a Special Education Coordinator, General and Special Educator. Erin graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Elementary Education. Erin also holds a Masters in Special Education from George Mason University and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Johns Hopkins University.
