Phillip Nguyen-Tran
Phillip Nguyen-Tran currently serves as the Chief Impact & Partnerships Officer at Chiefs for Change, and Founder & Managing Partner of EdChiefs. Through this work, Phil has supported 70+ National Nonprofits, Foundations, EdTech Companies, and State Agencies scale their impact through diverse revenue acquisition, direct fund development, growth systems design, strategic marketing and communications, and equity-centered Go-To-Market Strategies.
Phil’s leadership is informed by his experience as an educator, school and district administrator, edtech executive, and social-entrepreneur. He currently serves as a Board Member for the National Center for Teacher Residencies, The Ability Challenge, and The National Center for Civil and Human Rights. Phil's leadership has been recognized by the National Alliance of Public Charter Schools and the American Consortium for Equity in Education.
Phil is a proud first-generation college student graduating with his Bachelor of Science from Washington State University, Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University, and Master of Education in School Leadership and Development from Harvard University.
