Hope Lyons brings over two decades of nonprofit operational leadership and financial management expertise to her role. As Chief Operating Officer at Craft & Capital, she implements strategic systems that align organizational mission with operational excellence. Concurrently, she serves as Principal Consultant at Operationalizing Mission, LLC, advising nonprofits on effective resource allocation and programmatic implementation.

Lyons spent 14 years at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, culminating as Director of Program Management, where she oversaw grantmaking operations and assessment frameworks. Her previous experience includes grants management leadership at The Commonwealth Fund and project coordination at the Institute for Public Administration.

Her international experience spans consulting for the World Bank Group, serving as a Peace Corps Community Economic Development Volunteer in Romania, and conducting research projects across multiple continents. This global perspective informs her approach to sustainable nonprofit operations and effective program delivery.

Lyons holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development and Financial Management from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Studies from Johns Hopkins University, with additional certifications from the London School of Economics and Université libre de Bruxelles.
