Annie Reynolds is Executive Vice President of Internal Strategy at CCS Fundraising, a global strategic consulting firm that partners with nonprofits to plan, manage, and grow their fundraising efforts. Based in Chicago, Annie leads operations for the Central United States region, driving initiatives across financial strategy, talent development, client services, business development, and internal infrastructure.

Annie oversees a 20-person Strategy & Operations team responsible for regional functions including marketing, business development, office management, revenue operations, and learning and development. She also manages staffing and deployment for a consulting team of 100+ directors supporting nearly 300 active client engagements annually.

In her role, Annie serves as a connector and strategist—aligning internal processes, enhancing team communication, and improving operational effectiveness to support the firm’s mission and impact. She brings a systems mindset to her work and has helped implement scalable structures that strengthen how CCS delivers services to nonprofit partners.

Before moving into her current role, Annie spent nearly a decade advising nonprofit clients across education, healthcare, faith, and human services. She has led fundraising initiatives ranging from $1 million to $500 million, supporting organizations through campaign planning, development assessments, custom trainings, and feasibility studies. She is particularly skilled at helping organizations tell their story—crafting compelling cases for support, donor proposals, and impact reports to inspire giving.

Annie holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Communications from Indiana University. She lives outside Chicago with her husband, David, and their two daughters, Emilia and Finley. Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga, running, baking, and embroidery.
